1. Nature of Services
All services provided by Astrotech Devan are personalized and based on individual details such as date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. Due to the customized and interpretative nature of these services, our cancellation and refund terms are strict.
2. Cancellation Policy
a) Consultation Services
- Once a consultation (online, phone, or in-person) is booked and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Rescheduling may be allowed only once, subject to availability, if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
b) Reports & Digital Services
- Orders for personalized reports, remedies, or digital content cannot be cancelled once the work has been initiated.
- If incorrect details are provided by the client, Astrotech Devan will not be responsible for any errors or outcomes.
3. Refund Policy
- All payments made for services, consultations, reports, or digital products are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, change of mind, delays caused by the client, or failure to use the service.
Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:
Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
